As a Quality Control specialist in a fresh fruit and vegetable distribution company, you’ll ensure only the best products reach our customers. Your role includes inspecting freshness, appearance, and condition—checking ripeness, damage, spots, and spoilage—to maintain top quality standards every time.

Your daily tasks include:

• Inspecting freshness, appearance, and condition
• Checking products' ripeness, damage, spots, and spoilage—to maintain top quality standards every time
• Final inspection before shipment

Work schedule (two shifts):

• Morning shift: 07:30 – 15:30
• Evening shift: 15:30 – 23:30

Keep in mind: Saturdays are part of the regular work schedule.

• Good command of English language, in addition- German or Dutch is a big plus!
• Precision and strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Willingness to work weekends, with Saturday as a regular workday
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and a cool/fresh working environment

• Gross hourly wage of €14.85
• Evening bonus of 125% between 19:00 and 23:00 — that’s €18.56 per hour!
• Saturday bonus of 125% — that fixed Saturday shift really pays off
• Travel allowance from 10 km: €0.15 per km (max. 30 km one way)
