For our client – one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in Europe – we are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join the Returns department in logistics.

As a returns employee, you play a key role in that mission: you ensure that all returned products are processed accurately, efficiently, and with care. Whether it’s the wrong size or a defective item – you handle it professionally and with a strong focus on service.

You’ll be working in an informal, energetic team where teamwork comes first. Our logistics center is the beating heart of the organization and the first impression we give to our customers. That’s why we’re looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top quality.

• Inspect returned packages and products
• Process various types of items and prepare them for a second life
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure everything is properly handled for the customer
• Support general warehouse operations when needed during busy periods

• Basic computer skills

Of course, you will receive a salary in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CAO). For this position, that means up to €2,495 based on a 40-hour work week.
