Are you detail-oriented, a fast typist, and energized by keeping administration running smoothly? Then this position at PostNL ECS in Houten is perfect for you! In a dynamic, logistics-driven environment, you and your team ensure that data files are up-to-date, reports are accurate, and information is processed flawlessly. You will work in a dedicated department with a diverse group of colleagues, where teamwork and precision are key. During a typical workday, you will process and interpret order data in Excel. You will input order quantities into planning and forecast sheets and compare them with projected figures. You will identify discrepancies, maintain information on issues such as order problems, and support the warehouse process by keeping relevant data current. Additionally, you will work with various internal systems and perform light data analyses. Thanks to a thorough onboarding period, guided by experienced colleagues, you will quickly feel at home in the department. While hybrid working is an option, you will initially work on-site in Houten to ensure proper training. This is a six-month project for support purposes.

Wij bieden:

- A position for 32 to 40 hours per week, with a preference for 40;
- Workdays from Monday to Friday, with working hours negotiable between 07:30 and 18:00;
- An excellent gross hourly wage between €15.43 and €16.73, based on experience;
- Travel expense reimbursement according to applicable employment conditions;

Wij vragen:

- Some administrative work experience is beneficial but not required;
- Proficiency in Excel and good typing skills;
- Ability to work accurately, structured, and both independently and in a team;

- Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch.
