As a logistics supervisor, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You coordinate work, oversee five logistics processes (import, export, transit, x-ray, and transport), and assist where necessary. You lead your team functionally, closely monitor KPIs, and quickly respond to unexpected situations.Wij bieden:
- Salary between €2,492 and €3,551 gross per month (scale 6);
- Allowance for working irregular hours;
- 8% holiday pay plus 25 vacation days;
- Excellent pension plan through PostNL;
- Travel expense reimbursement;
- You work 40 hours but have a 37-hour workweek.
Wij vragen:
- You functionally lead the team and ensure efficient personnel deployment;
- You prioritize based on instructions from process managers;
- You continuously maintain an overview on the work floor;
- You are flexible: if things don't go as expected, you adjust;
- You assist where necessary;
- You work with fellow supervisors in rotating day, evening, and night shifts, ensuring a smooth handover per shift.
