About the vacancy

As a customer support representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and business partners at an international company based in Eindhoven. You’ll work closely with Belgian clients, handle incoming orders, support various projects, and think commercially alongside contractors and architects. Since much of your communication will be in French, fluency in French is essential.

You’ll receive thorough onboarding, including visiting projects on-site. This helps you truly understand the product and how to support your clients in the best possible way. It’s a fun, hands-on role where you’ll take on responsibility, connect with clients, and grow within a supportive and ambitious team.

  • Monthly salary between €3,200 and €3,500 gross based on 40 hours

What do you bring to the table?
  • A degree equivalent to a Dutch mbo-4 or hbo diploma
  • Living in or near the Eindhoven area
  • Availability for 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Fluency in English and French
  • A client-first mindset, structured working style, and hands-on attitude
  • Resilient, flexible, decisive, and great at setting priorities
What will you be doing?
  • Support clients via phone and email, spotting and seizing commercial opportunities
  • Process incoming orders and manage projects from start to finish
  • Analyze reports to detect and solve issues early on
  • Keep digital systems and records fully up to date
  • Use your time efficiently and work toward personal performance goals
About the organisation

You’ll join the team in Eindhoven, part of an international leader in flooring solutions. Think floors in gyms, hospitals, schools, theatres, and museums, you’ve probably seen one without even knowing. The local office houses marketing, HR, finance, and customer support departments.

The customer support team consists of 7 colleagues. Some have been here for over a decade, others just started. The vibe? Open, loyal, and collaborative. Your fresh perspective will not only help our clients, but also bring new energy into the team.
