As a customer support employee in Oisterwijk, you’ll become the go-to person for international clients of a leading dental products supplier. Whether it's a delivery question or a product inquiry, your support helps create an experience customers won’t forget.

- Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, not a must
- A proactive attitude and love for solving questions quickly and clearly
- Support international customers via phone and email
- Enter and process orders efficiently in the system
- Keep customers in the loop about their deliveries
- Spot and suggest improvements in service processes
- Make sure every customer feels heard and well-supported
