Wat ga je allemaal doen?

As an Administrative Warehouse Employee, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of stock movements, inventory control, and communication between departments. Your work helps keep the warehouse running efficiently and supports the team in achieving high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Daily processing of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Verifying and correcting inventory discrepancies.
  • Supporting cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Reporting stock levels to team leaders and management.
  • Working with ERP systems and Excel.
  • Contributing to process improvements and 5S implementation.
  • Communicating with internal departments and external suppliers.

Wat we verwachten

En waar we op hameren
  • Experience in logistics or administrative warehouse work is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • MBO working and thinking level.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends).
  • Flexibility to adapt to future changes in shift structure (from 2 to 3 shifts including night shifts).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
  • Start work in September.
