The responsibilities of a Store Manager at Clarks are:

• Leading the in-store team and represent the Clarks brand at the forefront of the business;
• Creating a lively, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere for both customers and team members;
• Acting as a brand ambassador, championing Clarks values and inspiring your team to succeed;
• Guide the team through the entire customer service cycle, from initial contact to closing sales;
• Overseeing and managing all store operations, including P&L tracking and KPI delivery;
• Planning and executing trading events to drive footfall and sales;
• Focusing on minimizing costs while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Gevraagd

As a candidate you are:

• An experienced Store Manager with a proven track record of commercial success;
• An inspiring leader with strong communication skills, adept at getting the best out of teams;
• Skilled in leading teams, promoting brands, and establishing outstanding customer service;
• Previous experience in Fashion or Footwear is a plus, but not essential;
• Highly organised and adaptable to challenges in a dynamic retail environment;
• Experienced in meeting targets, managing P&L, and handling day-to-day operations.

Aanbod
