The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage technology projects across the organization. Your core responsibility is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope, while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to regulatory requirements, particularly relevant in the biotech and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technology projects within the organization. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them, ensuring the smooth progression of projects.
Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize project outcomes.
Drive technological innovation by identifying and implementing new tools, platforms, and methodologies that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (advanced degrees preferred).
Minimum 10 years of project management in a technology-driven environment; biotech or healthcare experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficient in project management tools; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
PMP, Prince2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Deep understanding of technology trends, platforms, methodologies, and regulatory requirements in biotech or healthcare industries.
