Are you a Start-up Werkstudent (Working Student) looking for a side job where you can really make a difference? As a Customer Service Specialist, you will help customers with their questions and problems, making sure every interaction comes out positively.

• As the face of our company, you will contribute to maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, making you a key pillar in the growth of our start-up.
• Answer questions and resolve customer issues related to deliveries.
• Ensure that every customer interaction ends with a smile.
• Work quickly and efficiently to resolve issues that will improve for customer satisfaction.
• Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

• You speak Dutch fluently and you are proficient in English.
• Problems? Pff, you only know solutions! You enjoy using your problem-solving skills to help customers as effectively as possible.
• You are empathetic and can make customers feel heard.
