In this role you will support the EMEA Talent Acquisition team with the day-to-day recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, event organizing, corresponding with candidates, and facilitating new hire correspondence. Your role:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the EMEA Talent Acquisition team;
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate meetings, and welcome on-site candidates;
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process;
  • Suggest improvements to current recruitment processes and practices;
  • Assist with job postings, offer letters, and applicant tracking;
  • Help implement a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate data input;
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience;
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation sessions.

We are looking for the following background:

  • Several years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail;
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills;
  • Discretion when handling confidential information;
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Fluent in English (Dutch, Italian, or German is a plus);
  • Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize effectively.
