About the Role
As an IT & Innovation Project Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of complex technology projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You’ll work independently and collaboratively to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and support compliance within a regulated biotechnology environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently (budget, personnel, equipment)
- Promote and implement new tools and methodologies to enhance outcomes
- Ensure project quality and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- 10 years + of experience managing projects in a technology-driven environment
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable
- Understanding of biotech/healthcare industry and relevant regulatory requirements
