Role Description
As a Technology Project Manager, you will play a critical role in steering cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and integrating cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of major technology projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Guide and align cross-functional teams with clear objectives and strong coordination.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Manage project resources including team members, tools, and budgets efficiently.
- Introduce and adopt new tools, platforms, and methodologies to improve project execution.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a tech-driven or regulated environment. Life sciences or healthcare industry background is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are highly valued.
- Expert in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
- Technologically savvy with a grasp on emerging trends.
