About the Role
As a Production Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality execution of manufacturing and production activities. You will contribute to the planning and coordination of processes such as assembly, machinery operation, packaging, and other key production tasks. Working with moderate supervision, you’ll apply your technical knowledge to execute routine operations, support scheduling, and help maintain a safe and qualified production environment.

Responsibilities
Support and execute daily manufacturing and production operations, including machinery, assembly, processing, and packaging
Carry out all preparatory and finishing tasks according to production planning and regulatory standards
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and qualified production processes
Contribute to production scheduling based on product timelines, equipment availability, staffing levels, and material supply
Maintain and monitor the production environment to meet safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Assist in identifying operational issues and support implementation of corrective actions
Document activities accurately to ensure traceability and compliance

Requirements
MBO/HBO degree in a relevant technical, manufacturing, or production-related field
2 years+ of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within a regulated industry
Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP or ISO standards)
Hands-on experience with machinery, assembly systems, or packaging lines is a plus
