As Interim Manager Legal Counsel, you will step into a senior and hands-on legal position during the sabbatical leave of the General Counsel for the Northwest Hub (Benelux & Nordics). You will provide strategic legal support across multiple markets and act as a key legal advisor on complex and high-value matters.

You will work closely with an experienced in-house counsel, taking joint ownership of the legal workflow and ensuring operational continuity through the end-of-year period. In this visible and high-impact role, you will manage legal risks, advise on commercial and regulatory matters, and bring clarity and structure to strategic negotiations.

Your strong communication skills and collaborative mindset enable you to effectively engage with internal stakeholders across the region, acting as a trusted partner during this important transitional period.

• qualified lawyer with Dutch legal experience preferred (other EU qualifications also considered)
  
• extensive post-qualified legal experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
  
• strong business sense and a pragmatic approach to legal risk and opportunity
  
• experience operating in complex, international matrix organizations
  
• available from early October 2025 until the end of January 2026
