In the bakery, thousands of products roll off the line every hour. Operators ensure that all production lines run smoothly and steadily. As an Operator at Bolletje, you have an important task, as everything stops without your expertise. If you lack experience as an Operator or training in the food industry, no problem;
our internal training will get you up to speed. You work in a three-shift system (from 07:00 - 15:00, 15:00 - 23:00, and 23:00 - 06:00). You are constantly improving the production process, troubleshooting and preventing malfunctions, operating the line, and independently adjusting machines. You conduct quality checks (weight, color, moisture, and taste) and ensure timely supply and refilling. You keep your workspace clean. Your team consists of a Team Leader, Specialist Operators, and fellow Operators. Together, you ensure the machines run smoothly through our craftsmanship and positive energy. Wij bieden:

- Salary up to €4,039 gross per month (based on 36 hours per week, including a 20% shift allowance), depending on knowledge and experience;

Wij vragen:

- Completed MBO level 2/3 (preferably in VAPRO, Food Technology, Bakery, or a similar field);
- Ability to switch quickly;
- Proficiency in the Dutch language;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Proactive thinking;
- Availability for full-time or part-time work.
