This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to lead +-30 highly skilled professionals. You will play a crucial role in steering complex high-tech production, optimizing performance, and driving continuous improvement on the workfloor. You will receive a gross monthly salary of € € 3.500,- up to € 5.000,-.
Your responsibilities as Teamleader Operations:
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve production targets
- Monitor output and make timely adjustments to meet daily goals
- Oversee daily departmental operations and report to management
- Strategically manage resources: personnel, machinery, and materials
- Provide coaching and development through training, and performance review
- You will have the opportunity to build your own team and take part in job interviews
- Ensure high standards of quality and lead improvement initiatives
- Following the standarts of the 5S model

Functie-eisen
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
- Education at mbo+ level in Technical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent by experience)
- Strong leadership abilities: inspire, guide, and manage a team effectively

As a Teamleader Operations, you’ll start with a gross monthly salary of € 3.500,- up to € 5.000,- which includes:
- 5% additional compensation for reduced working hours (ADV)
- Working hours in two shifts
- Want to work more? You can! Overtime is never mandatory, but always allowed
- Overtime is paid immediately at 125% during the week and 150% on weekends
