Lead daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences, team performance, and financial results.
Collaborate with department heads to manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance.
Drive revenue by promoting the restaurant, events, and upselling opportunities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and brand standards, including third-party contracts.
Be a visible leader—present during peak times, responsive to feedback, and focused on continuous improvement.
Support strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and service innovation to elevate the guest journey.

Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality management, ideally in a leadership role
Strong understanding of hotel departments including front office, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance
Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
Commercial awareness and experience with revenue-driving initiatives
Proficient in hotel systems (e.g. PMS, POS) and Microsoft Office
Professional proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Experience within Holland-based operations
