Back Office Specialist
Verisure Amsterdam is looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our Loyalty team. This is a great opportunity for those who want to gain experience in operational efficiency and communication.

What is the role about?

As a Back Office Specialist in the LoyaltyTeam, you will play a key role in supporting the customer lifecycle by managing the distribution of the workload assigning cases to operators and you will do some administrative process of cancellations like collect the letters with the request and coordination with other areas. Your mission is to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy in contract handling, and seamless communication with frontline agents and other departments.

Main responsibilities
      •     Distribution of cases to different agents and teams.
      •     Support the retention team by preparing and updating documentation, contracts, and internal case files.
      •     Monitor incoming tickets and emails related to cancellations, contract amendments, or customer follow-ups.
      •     Liaise with customer service agents, finance, and legal departments to resolve issues or exceptions.
      •     Track and report on KPIs related to retention back office operations (e.g., processing time, accuracy, SLA adherence).
      •     Maintain customer data integrity in CRM and billing systems.
      •     Ensure compliance with internal policies, GDPR regulations, and industry standards.
      •     Suggest improvements to streamline cancellation and retention processes.


What are we looking for?

      •     Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or back office role
      •     Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
      •     High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data.
      •     Proficiency in SBN and EXCEL.
      •     Fluent in English.
      •     Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
