The Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting product lifecycle management through the coordination and execution of change control and master data activities. You will work cross-functionally with departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Planning, Partner Alliances, and Artwork to ensure efficient and compliant implementation of changes across the supply chain.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in change control, data accuracy, and process coordination within a regulated environment. You will contribute directly to global product maintenance and improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
-Execute change control management activities for assigned products within set timeframes and quality standards.
-Coordinate with stakeholders across functions (Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Artwork, Planning, etc.) to ensure aligned and timely execution.
-Apply knowledge of change control processes and related systems to support lifecycle execution.
-Adhere to established procedures and policies governing supply chain and change management.
-Track and report on key performance indicators such as Right First Time (RFT) and milestone adherence.
-Maintain and update supply chain master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and materials.
-Facilitate Product Lifecycle Team meetings and support the sharing and implementation of best practices.
-Identify issues proactively and contribute to process improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree with 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience, or master’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
-Background in pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industries.
-Strong command of English (oral and written).
-Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
