We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (32 to 40 hours per week) for an international company based in Houten.

What are you going to do?

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you support the recruitment team with everything related to hiring, campus activities and onboarding. You make sure the process runs efficiently from start to finish. You'll work closely with colleagues across the globe and serve as a key contact for candidates.

  • You will schedule interviews and coordinate with all involved parties
  • You liaise with universities and student organisations
  • You write and publish job adverts using the recruitment system
  • You support recruitment campaigns, events and onboarding activities
  • You keep the administration up to date and contribute ideas for improvement
What do we offer?
  • A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,000 based on 40 hours
  • 8.33% holiday allowance and 32 days of holiday per year (full-time)

You’ll be joining an international organisation that provides smart solutions for its clients.

The office in Houten is easily accessible by public transport and car. Hybrid working is possible after the onboarding period.

What do we ask?
  • You have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR support
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, communications or a related field
  • You speak and write excellent English
  • You are organised, independent and service-oriented
