As an Office Host, you are the first point of contact and the welcoming face of the Caballero Fabriek. You greet visitors, tenants, and suppliers with a warm smile, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You handle mail, perform administrative tasks, and manage systems related to parking and access. Collaborating with the location manager, you continuously work on improving our services. Additionally, you oversee facility suppliers and are a visible and approachable presence in the building, serving as the go-to person for any questions or requests. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:00. It's important to note that you do not stand behind a counter but have a fixed workstation from which you are the central and visible point of contact for everyone in the building.

Wij bieden:

- Hourly wage: €14.40 – €15.50 gross per hour (depending on experience);
- The option to receive your holiday pay of 8.33% directly (weekly or every 4 weeks);
- A versatile role for 35 hours per week (5 days a week);

Through HeyDay, you will work at the Caballero Fabriek in The Hague, a former factory from 1953 transformed into a vibrant hotspot for creative and innovative companies. The building houses around 90 tenants, ranging from startups to established businesses in media, ICT, design, and culture. With industrial charm and modern facilities such as meeting rooms, a lunch café, and event halls, the location fosters collaboration and cross-pollination. The factory is centrally located in the Binckhorst, easily accessible by car and public transport. It is an inspiring place where the past and future converge.
