As a Customer Service Employee, you are the main point of contact for their customers. Additionally, you manage the customer's file from A to Z, including the financial handling.

Description

Maintaining customer relationships;
Processing customer orders and preparing transport documents;
Responding to inquiries regarding the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods;
Contributing to general administrative support.

Profile

MBO-4 diploma, preferably in logistics or transport;
Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
You are customer-friendly, proactive, and service-oriented;
