Job Title: EMEA Legal Operations Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EMEA Legal Operations Specialist to support legal operations within a global pharmaceutical environment.
As part of the Legal Operations team, you will help manage legal systems, improve processes, and support internal and external stakeholders across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding and updates of law firm and user accounts in legal systems (APEX and ASCENT).
Provide first-line support for legal matters, budgets, and invoicing.
Deliver training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality across platforms.
Monitor mailbox and respond to legal operations queries.
Support internal audits by preparing required documentation.
Review invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Research and resolve finance-related questions.
Troubleshoot system issues and monitor performance.
Generate reports to support legal and financial operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in finance, legal ops, or data analytics preferred.
Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
High attention to detail and a team-player mindset.
Experience with legal or business systems is an advantage.
