Job Title: Business Services Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Services Coordinator to support daily business operations and enhance service delivery within a global pharmaceutical environment.
As part of the Business Services team, you will collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations, identify process improvements, and help drive efficiency in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute daily operational tasks to ensure continuity of business services.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective support.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures and company policies.
  • Gain expertise in business systems and tools to assist teams efficiently.
  • Contribute to business projects, including system enhancements and new process implementations.
  • Proactively identify service delivery challenges and support resolution efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; internship experience will also be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and accountable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with business systems is a plus.
  • Experience in business operations, customer service, or process management is an advantage.
