Senior Bartender - TOZI Amsterdam

An international brand spanning two vibrant cities being London and Amsterdam. Located a stone’s throw from leafy Vondelpark, TOZI’s Venetian-inspired menu is a hidden gem celebrating the best of authentic Italian cuisine, barrel-aged Negroni’s, seasonal cocktails and a special wine list. The name ‘TOZI’, comes from the Venetian slang word used affectionally to mean ‘a group of close friends’.

We are looking for a Senior Bartender who:

Will help curate an attractive seasonal cocktail menu
Will run bar operations including mixology and table service
Ensures TOZI bar runs a smooth service & creates a memorable guest experience
Possesses a creative mind and passion for story telling
Will manage our Bar Host
Shares our values: Trust, respect, teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
Has previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or restaurant
Enjoys working as a team
Is willing to work Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays
