In this key role, you’ll shape KPN’s overarching IT and digital strategy and turn it into actionable, transformative programs. You’ll collaborate with executive stakeholders and technical teams to drive digital transformation and customer-focused innovation. Not only do you build the strategic foundation, but you also bring it to life throughout the organization.

• Map the impact of the strategy on KPN’s operating model and digital platforms
• Launch and lead transformative programs, especially around customer journey and automation
• Build business and value cases for strategic decisions
• Present to and influence executive leadership, including the Board
• Guide the integration of strategic initiatives across all layers of the business

As Strategy Lead Digital at KPN, you know better than anyone how exciting it is to shape the future of technology and digital transformation. This role combines strategy, leadership, and vision in one of KPN's most dynamic and future-oriented departments. You'll work with a close-knit, high-performing team of strategists, architects, and transformation leaders at the heart of KPN's innovation engine. You’ll join a compact and experienced team of 1 Strategy Lead, 3 Strategists, 9 Architects, and 1 Program Manager. Together, you are building the digital infrastructure of the future. Our team is part of Strategy, Transformation & Architecture — the driving force behind technological innovation at KPN. To do this successfully, you bring:

• Proven strategic experience in digital transformation and customer-centric innovation
• Affinity with telecom, cloud, data, AI, e-commerce or digital platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (including storytelling and slides)
• The ability to influence across multiple levels — from architects to the Board
• A collaborative mindset with a drive to mentor, grow and connect talent

• A gross monthly salary in line with your personal employment agreement based on a 40-hour workweek
• A fixed monthly expense allowance, of which €70 is tax-free and €66 is taxable
• An incentive opportunity (STI) of 20% of your gross annual salary
• Flexible leave policy: you can take time off based on your personal needs and responsibilities to the team and the organization. We expect you to take at least the statutory minimum of 20 vacation days per calendar year (based on full-time employment)
• A home office package to optimally set up your workspace, plus a mobile phone and laptop
• 50% discount on KPN products and services, such as KPN internet
• A fixed monthly mobility budget
• Excellent pension scheme: a total contribution of 23% of your pensionable salary, of which KPN contributes 16% and you contribute 7%
• If your pensionable salary exceeds the annual maximum, you will receive a gross monthly pension allowance of 11% over the portion above the threshold. You will also have the option to participate in a net pension scheme voluntarily
