One of our clients, a distributor of electrical products and services, is currently looking for its next Customer Support colleague to join its team. • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Answer questions about product availability, stock levels, and order status
• Prepare and follow up on quotations 
• Enter and process sales orders in the company system
• Collaborate with the sales team and warehouse on customer requirements
• Track order status and communicate updates to customers
• Handle order changes and customer service issues
• Assist colleagues across other departments when needed

• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written (Dutch is a plus)
• Strong communication skills for phone and email customer service
• Hands-on, service-minded attitude with a positive, curious mindset
• Previous customer service experience
• Background in construction, electrical or technical industries (advantageous but not essential)
• Willingness to learn about electrical products and the industry
