Manpower is looking for a Customer Service agenr to work remotely for an international client. You'll manage social media clients, optimize ad campaigns, and pitch marketing ideas daily, all from home. Earn up to €17.80 gross per hour. Ready to start? Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Amsterdam, with the flexibility to work from home.

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Managing a book of clients on a social media platform
  • Optimizing and scaling digital advertising campaigns
  • Pitching marketing ideas during daily calls
  • Prioritizing revenue growth and product adaptations
  • Retaining and expanding client relationships
  • Identifying growth opportunities for existing and new ad accounts
  • Developing and presenting advertising media plans
  • Achieving quarterly sales targets

Functie-eisen
  • At least  MBO/EQF level or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • At least one year of experience in Digital Marketing Sales or Account Management
  • Digital marketing experience is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English; Norwegian is a plus
  • Passion for delivering a world-class user support experience
  • Ability to work independently and result-oriented
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • Ability to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) at your local municipality
