As a production worker, you are the driving force behind the manufacturing process of wooden pallets. Your role is crucial, as you ensure the machines run smoothly. You load them with wood and perform quality checks. Small errors? You easily fix them manually, contributing significantly to delivering a high-quality final product.
A typical workday is dynamic. You start your shift with a briefing and check the machines before getting started. Throughout the day, you replenish the machines and conduct regular quality checks. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure the production process runs seamlessly. With your dedication and attention to detail, you contribute to efficient production.

You will be working with a leading player in the pallet industry, located in Venlo. This company is the largest pallet producer in the Netherlands, manufacturing six million pallets annually. - Flexible working hours in two-shift schedules (06:00-14:00 or 14:00-23:00) and four-day workweek (06:00-15:30)
