Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely processing of transport orders;
• Preparing shipping documents and submitting them to transport service providers;
• Handling questions about shipping status and delivery dates;
• Serving as the primary liaison between our operational team and transport service providers;
• Establishing and reporting on transport-related KPIs to ensure cost-effective operations;
• Submitting claims for transport damage to various carriers and freight forwarders.

• Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification, preferably in the transport sector;
• Several years of professional experience in transport logistics within an internationally operating company;
• Fluency in English, Dutch, or German is an advantage;
• Strong knowledge of transport-related functions and activities;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills;
• Strong learning ability, team spirit, and initiative;
• Knowledge of customs procedures is an advantage;
• Available to work full-time.

• A salary of €3000.00 to €3500.00 gross per month, based on experience;
