As a Food Production Foreman, you lead the team on the production floor and act as the key link between the management and the production staff. You make sure schedules are followed, products meet high standards, and the team works safely and efficiently. You support your colleagues and take action where needed.

Your tasks include:

• Leading the production team and coordinating daily tasks;
• Being the link between production and management;
• Monitoring planning, quality, hygiene, and safety;
• Keeping equipment clean and reporting technical issues;
• Communicating with support departments like purchasing and quality;
• Logging production data and improving daily processes.

On Monday you will start with a morning shift from 03:00 to 11:00. The rest of the week, the morning shift will start from 05:30 to 13:30. After the initial period, rotation between day and night shifts will apply. You are always free on the weekend, so you can enjoy your well-deserved rest.

• Gross hourly wage between € 16,15 and € 19,60, depending on experience;
• Allowances and overtime compensation:
• Overtime (after 40 hours): 140%;
• Evening shift hours (18:00–00:00): 133%;
• Night shift hours (00:00–06:00): 135%;
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance;
• Housing and transport arranged by FlexDirect;
• Free weekends and structured shifts;

• Proven experience in food production and team supervision;
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (including night shifts);
• Basic understanding of Dutch or English;
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene rules;
• A hands-on and responsible work attitude.
