Are you ready to start as a Production Worker in Wijk bij Duurstede and help produce popular snacks? Work 32 to 40 hours per week in a 2-shift system, earn € 16,12 gross per hour (excluding shift allowance), and join a friendly team with great growth opportunities!Wat ga je doen?
As a Production Worker, you play a key role in the snack manufacturing process. You ensure that every product meets the highest standards. From accurately weighing ingredients to performing quality checks. The work is varied, and your contribution ensures a smooth production process delivering snacks across Europe.
Your responsibilities:
- Ingredient handling: Accurately weigh and mix raw materials according to fixed recipes;
- Process monitoring: Keep a close eye on the production flow and intervene if needed;
- Quality control: Check the finished products and report any deviations;
- Data entry: Accurately register production data in the system.
You will work in a two-shift system, with shifts from 05:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00.

- A gross hourly wage of € 16,12 (including ADV allowance), plus a 33% shift bonus after 6:00 PM;
- A full-time job for 32 to 40 hours per week;

- You speak Dutch, English, or German;
- You have some experience or interest in production or food processing.
You will be working for an international snack producer, mainly active in the Netherlands and Belgium. The production team consists of a small group of up to 10 colleagues, led by a Team Leader. The work environment is informal and team-oriented, with a focus on motivation and collaboration. Alongside hard work, there is plenty of room for personal development and enjoyment.
