As a Customer Service Representative within the team, you are the first point of contact for healthcare professionals from hospitals and general practices. With your extensive experience, you resolve customer inquiries professionally, efficiently, and empathetically. You quickly switch between different systems and communication channels, always keeping the interests of the healthcare institution and the patient in mind. You assist with a variety of questions, such as deliveries of medical devices, product information, return requests, or technical issues. Thanks to your insight and experience, you proactively contribute and work accurately on the administrative processing in Mediq's systems.

Wij bieden:

- A gross hourly wage starting from €15.87;
- A hybrid work model: after the training period, you work 2 days at the office in De Meern and the rest from home (Friday is a fixed work-from-home day);
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km (max. 50 km one way);
- Laptop, headset, and an extra screen for a comfortable home office;
- An extensive training program and growth opportunities within Mediq.

Wij vragen:

- At least 3 years of experience in a customer contact role, preferably in a complex environment;
- Affinity with healthcare and/or medical products is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to switch easily between different customer types and systems;
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and customer-friendly;
- Available for 32 hours per week;
- Experience with the ERP system SAP is a plus.
