• You either have technical insight or hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Working in a rotating 3-shift schedule from Monday through Friday (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00) suits you just fine
• Because the job can be physically demanding, being in good physical condition helps you perform your tasks efficiently
• You have access to your own transport, since our site is not easily reachable by public transportation
• You’re fluent in either Dutch, English, or German — clear communication is what matters most to us

• A gross monthly salary of €3170, which includes shift bonuses and ADV compensation

As a CNC Operator, you play a vital role in keeping our production process running smoothly. But what exactly will you help create?

At MGG, we shape molten aluminum into precision-engineered components. From engine parts for trucks and motorcycles to parts used in heating systems and life-saving medical equipment – the variety is endless. And your expertise helps bring these products to life.

You'll work closely with your team to ensure procedures are followed correctly, monitor for irregularities, and maintain the highest standards in production.

Your role involves:

• Placing products securely into molds
• Supporting the CNC machining process
• Performing tasks like cutting, deburring, cleaning, and inspecting using measurement tools
• Packaging items in accordance with strict quality and customer requirements
• Conducting leak tests and carrying out basic assembly work
