We’re seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our expanding Leadership & Culture team at EY's People Consulting. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues from various expert teams to engage with leaders, teams, and organizations, addressing a wide range of opportunities with international clients across multiple industries.

Experience & General job requirements - We are looking for a candidate who 

  • Demonstrates strong expertise in the topics of Leadership, Culture, and Teaming, with a background in either elite sports, the military, or any other relevant (leadership, culture or teaming) background.  

  • Has experience in designing and facilitating leadership and/or team development workshops and programs. 

  • Has experience in organizational culture development projects within organizations. 

  • Has strong analytical skills in assessing behavior, culture, and leadership in an organizational context. 

  • Has excellent social and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Is eager to develop or has experience in client-facing project management. 

  • Preferably holds a relevant master’s degree, such as in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or Change Management. 

  • Has relevant working experience of 3 to 5 years in industry or consulting-related roles with a strong affinity for Leadership, Culture, and Team Dynamics. 

  • Possesses strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

  • Demonstrates high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilates new information; keeps up with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge. 

  • Has the ability to manage projects, analyze problems, and provide input for insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions. 

  • Is a team player with the ability to integrate quickly and effectively into new teams. 

  • Is able to manage stakeholders and client relationships in a fast-paced and complex environment. 

  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and has experience in producing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations with excellent attention to detail. 

  • Has excellent facilitation and presentation skills. 

  • Has the ability to bring ideas and insights to clients that provide value, help address risks and assist in driving solutions. 

  • Demonstrates resilience in stressful situations and excels in performing under pressure.

The office  

Our office in Amsterdam is located on the Zuidas: a bustling area where many companies are based. In our Cross Towers, as many as 1000 people are welcomed daily. Haven't had breakfast yet? Recruitment procedure – How can you prepare for a long life together? 

The selection procedure will have 2 interview rounds and/or a business case.   

An (online) assessment and pre-employment screening will be part of the process.  
  

Pre-employment screening  
Due to laws and regulations, and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees, every new employee will be screened. Depending on your rank the pre employment screening could contain the following: Certificate of Conduct (in Dutch: VOG) or - if requesting a Dutch VOG is not possible - Criminal Background Check of the country you are currently living or have lived during the last five years,  integrity questionnaire, verification of ID, diploma’s and/or work experience and consultation of the Dutch insolvency registry.
