The Hospitality Recruiters is seeking a Head Bartender
We are seeking a Head Bartender to join our service teams and uphold the exceptional standards of an exclusive fine dining establishment in Amsterdam. As Head Bartender, you will support your service team to be able to ensure the highest quality of cocktail and drink preparation and presentation while maintaining the presentation and taste.

What are your responsibilities?
Create and execute innovative cocktails that showcase the restaurants level and creativity
Be a valued member of our team, maintain a collaborative and positive work environment
Train and develop your team of mixologists, drink safety standards, and adherence to recipes and mixing guidelines
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and drink quality throughout all bar areas
What do we expect from you?
Proven experience as a Head Bartender in a high-end cocktail bar
Interested to gain knowledge as Head Bartender and as mixologist
Strong teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your teammembers
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality
