Support our workforce behind the scenes with flawless administration.

As an Administrative Employee in the staffing industry, you are responsible for the flawless execution of administrative processes related to payroll, invoicing and contract management for our flex workers. You ensure that all data is processed correctly and on time, thereby contributing to the continuity of our services. You work closely with the Back Office Manager and colleagues from planning and sales.


Your role

Timesheet management
  • Processing and checking timesheets
  • Managing corrections and identifying discrepancies
  • Creating client portals and managing missing hours

Payroll administration
  • Timely and accurate salary processing for flex workers
  • Processing travel expenses, reimbursements, wage garnishments and holiday hours
  • Applying collective agreements (CAOs) and hirer’s remuneration in salary adjustments
Contract and personnel administration
  • Preparing contracts and managing personnel files
  • Managing pension registrations, phase administration and fixed working hours
Invoicing
  • Creating accurate invoices based on worked hours
  • Charging incurred costs to clients
  • Checking applied rates and conversion factors
What we ask
  • At least 1 year of experience as a back office employee in the staffing industry
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Experience with EasyFlex and Plan4Flex is a plus
  • Payroll knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with the NBBU-CAO and general labor regulations
  • Good command of both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Accuracy, independence, and the ability to keep oversight during busy periods
