We’re looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to support a leading social media platform. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of medium-sized clients, helping them optimize and scale their digital advertising campaigns. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—proactively identifying growth opportunities, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.

This is a 100% remote position, ideal for someone who is both results-oriented and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of business for existing clients on a top-tier social media platform;
• Optimize and scale digital advertising campaigns to meet client goals;
• Conduct daily client calls, pitch marketing ideas, and share campaign insights;
• Identify upsell opportunities, retain and grow client accounts;
• Create and present advertising media plans for both current and prospective clients;
• Meet quarterly revenue and product adoption targets;
• Troubleshoot issues and offer strategic solutions to improve campaign performance.

• Hourly salary between €16–€18 gross;

You’ll work in a large international IT organization that focuses on client development, and you’ll play a key role in this. With a customer-focused mindset and proactive approach, you’ll help ensure client satisfaction and a smoothly running organization. There’s plenty of freedom to shape this role, as long as targets are met and clients remain happy. Creativity is essential for optimizing digital marketing sales.

• Fluent or near-native Norwegian and English;
• High school diploma or GED equivalent;
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing sales or account management (digital marketing is a must);
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive;
• Strong communication skills and a passion for user experience;
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working both independently and in a team.
