Their site in the Netherlands plays a crucial role in ensuring production equipment meets the highest standards for safety, precision, and compliance, especially in the manufacture of biosurgery and pharmaceutical products.

Role Description
As aProcess & Calibration Support Technicianwill be responsible support the calibration in team ensuring calibration compliance of equipment as well Calibration Technician maintains and improves status of equipment and components key to the manufacture and measurement of medical and other devices. Performs calibration duties and provides support to manufacturing, operations, and facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Performing and coordinating routine and non-routine calibration of instruments and equipment per established procedures and schedules.
  • Approving and overseeing calibration work order execution.
  • Ensuring timely completion of all calibration activities and documentation.
  • Supporting the calibration and qualification of new equipment and maintaining data in the calibration management system.
  • Initiating and supporting the investigation of nonconformances (NCs) found during calibrations.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and compliance.
  • Collaborating with engineering to manage and update equipment information and preventative maintenance (PM) schedules.
  • Maintaining continuous compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Requirement
  • 2–4 years of related experience preferred; associate degree or equivalent desirable OR 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred; associate degree or equivalent desirable.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments and calibration principles.
  • Comfortable with data entry and use of spreadsheets/databases.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
