About the Role
As an All-round Maintenance (Day Shift),, you’ll ensure production equipment runs safely and reliably by performing a mix of preventive and corrective maintenance. This hands-on role offers the chance to solve complex technical issues, share your expertise with the team, and contribute to ongoing improvements in a dynamic factory setting.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
Support and conduct root cause analyses to minimize downtime
Advise production teams and share technical knowledge
Collaborate with planners and operators on work execution and improvements
Manage work orders and maintenance reporting using SAP
Qualifications & Requirements
MBO4 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
Service-oriented, proactive, and committed to safety and quality
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Willingness to participate in on-call support (consignment service)
Dutch Proficiency is a plus!
