Role Description
Our client is seeking a (Senior) Supply Planner & Analyst to optimize supply planning across international markets. This role blends day-to-day planning operations with data-driven improvements, making it ideal for supply chain professionals ready to scale their impact in a mission-led environment.
Responsibilities
Develop mid-term production plans across packing sites to ensure timely, efficient product delivery.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and international sales offices on supply execution.
Lead capacity planning and stock optimization efforts for multiple channels.
Track forecasting accuracy and drive improvements across key KPIs.
Oversee inventory health and work to reduce obsolete stock.
Manage third-party logistics and transportation partners.
Implement planning enhancements and tools, including dashboarding and ERP transitions.
Lead and support projects focused on supply chain performance improvement.
4+ years’ experience in supply planning, logistics, or customer service.
Strong analytical skills and comfort using planning tools (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI).
Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
Experience with forecast analysis and production planning.
Stakeholder-focused with strong communication skills.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute to meaningful change.
