The Company
Our client is a global healthcare company focused on improving women’s health through innovative treatments and trusted medicines. Its portfolio also includes biosimilars and established therapies used worldwide.

The Role 
As a Packaging Operator, you will report to the Operations Manager, who oversees a team of approximately 15–20 staff members per shift. In this role, you will be independently responsible for executing a range of tasks involved in the packaging of pharmaceutical products, including blistering, labeling, and final packing.

Responsibilities 

  • Operate machines for blistering, labeling, and packaging of medicines.
  • Prepare packaging materials according to instructions and product requirements.
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and quality procedures in a clean production environment.
  • Complete and check production records accurately and on time.
  • Help identify and resolve minor issues related to quality, safety, or efficiency.
  • Report more complex problems to your supervisor when needed.
  • Take part in small improvements to help things run more smoothly.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, especially during shift handovers.
Requirements 
  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceuticals is a plus but not mandatory. You should be able to follow instructions, procedures, and safety rules precisely while working comfortably in a clean, regulated environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation are essential.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills are important, along with the physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed, combined with reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to quality.

  • Minimum secondary school diploma or equivalent education.
