The Role
As a Packaging Operator, you will report to the Operations Manager, who oversees a team of approximately 15–20 staff members per shift. In this role, you will be independently responsible for executing a range of tasks involved in the packaging of pharmaceutical products, including blistering, labeling, and final packing.

Responsibilities

Operate machines for blistering, labeling, and packaging of medicines.
Prepare packaging materials according to instructions and product requirements.
Follow safety, hygiene, and quality procedures in a clean production environment.
Complete and check production records accurately and on time.
Help identify and resolve minor issues related to quality, safety, or efficiency.
Report more complex problems to your supervisor when needed.
Take part in small improvements to help things run more smoothly.
Communicate clearly with team members, especially during shift handovers.

Requirements

Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceuticals is a plus but not mandatory. You should be able to follow instructions, procedures, and safety rules precisely while working comfortably in a clean, regulated environment.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation are essential.
Good communication and teamwork skills are important, along with the physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed, combined with reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to quality.
Minimum secondary school diploma or equivalent education.
