Role Description
We are recruiting an experienced Interim Legal Counsel to cover the General Counsel role for the North West Hub during a three-month sabbatical (Oct 2025 – Jan 2026). This senior, hands-on position provides strategic legal advice across commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters in multiple markets, working closely with internal counsel and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level legal advice on high-value, complex issues including strategic deals and governance
• Support business continuity and legal operations during the sabbatical period
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and commercial leaders across the region
• Manage contract negotiations ensuring alignment with global policies
• Serve as a trusted advisor on regulatory and compliance topics

• Qualified lawyer, preferably with Dutch law experience; other EU backgrounds considered
• Significant post-qualified legal experience, ideally in pharma or life sciences
• Strong business acumen with pragmatic risk management
• Proven relationship-building skills in international matrix organizations
• Availability from October 2025 through January 2026
