About the Role
As a Senior Legal Advisor, you’ll provide senior-level legal support during a 3-month temporary contract. You’ll ensure seamless operations while the current General Counsel is on sabbatical, advising on complex legal matters and partnering closely with an established in-house legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal advice on commercial, regulatory, and compliance topics
Lead on significant, high-risk issues including contracts and governance
Collaborate with internal legal counsel to manage day-to-day workflow
Ensure continuity of legal support across the Benelux & Nordics region
Build strong relationships with commercial leaders and functional heads
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualified lawyer, preferably with Dutch law experience (other EU legal backgrounds considered)
Significant post-qualified legal experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
Strong business acumen and pragmatic risk assessment skills
Proven ability to work in international, matrixed organizations
Available to start in early October for a 3-month full-time assignment
