The Role
As a Production Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing technical tests and diagnostics in a laboratory environment, either independently or under supervision. Additionally, you will assist with laboratory operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean workspace. While working under moderate supervision, you will apply your technical expertise to support daily lab functions efficiently.

Responsibilities
-Conduct complex mechanical or diagnostic tests in medical or scientific laboratories, either independently or under supervision.
-Oversee preparatory work, manage materials, and contribute to the development of simple experimental designs.
-Implement modifications in trial design and execution, while assisting in trial productions and tests under supervision.
-Organize and compile data into a structured format, documenting findings in the lab journal.
-Track variations in experiments/tests and perform calculations using automated data analysis tools.
-Present results, prepare samples, and provide relevant observations.
-Maintain proper laboratory operations, including equipment management and troubleshooting issues.
-Support lab functions such as ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness.
-Work with moderate guidance, applying appropriate technical skills and expertise.

Requirements
-GMP experience is essential, along with a relevant technical qualification or prior experience in a laboratory environment.
-Fluency in English, Dutch is a big plus.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks and managing data.
-A strong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.
