Our client is currently recruiting an Facilities & Operations Assistant to support the R&D Operations & Facilities department. This role involves coordinating essential administrative processes, supporting internal documentation systems, and handling communications for the team. Role Description
Our client is currently recruiting an Facilities & Operations Assistant to support the R&D Operations & Facilities department. This role involves coordinating essential administrative processes, supporting internal documentation systems, and handling communications for the team. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to impactful research in a dynamic, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of lab supplies and equipment as part of the Central Ordering team
- Manage the creation, release, and distribution of SOPs and related documents via the MEDS system
- Translate Dutch documents (e.g., SOPs, manuals) into English
- Maintain orderly and compliant file archiving
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Support various administrative tasks and internal projects
Requirements
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Service-minded with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with quality and compliance standards is a plus
