Role Descripiton 

As a Cell Therapy Specialist, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality cell therapies are produced under GMP standards. You will be part of either the Production Team (PT) or the Production Support Team (PST), contributing to the preparation, production, and finalization of life-changing treatments. 

Responsibilities 

-The Production Team (PT) manufactures cell therapy products in Grade A/B cleanrooms, following SOPs and GMP standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They also support investigations, process improvements, and troubleshooting. 

-The Production Support Team (PST) handles material transfers, batch documentation, visual inspections, cryopreservation, and sample submissions, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations. 

Requirements 

- Graduated in MBO HBO or BSc level as educations 
-GMP manufacturing in pharmaceutical or biotech environments (required)
- Experienced in working manufacturing pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries. 
- Follow the rules and guidelines SOPs and Clinical Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations. 
- Having worked with cell therapy products before is an advantage. 
- Ability to work in Shifts 
-Handling of blood products 
-Hepatitis B vaccination strongly recommended
