Experience as Operator A or as an experienced production employee with technical affinity
Willingness to work in a 2-shift AND a 3-shift schedule (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00-06:00)

Functieomschrijving

As a Process Operator at Belden, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production process of high-quality communication cables. After a thorough onboarding period of three months (with guidance from a buddy), you will independently operate various machines.

Your tasks include:

Operating extrusion lines, braiding machines, and winding machines
Monitoring the quality of the production process
Performing measurements on cables and wires
You will join an international company producing cables for some of the world’s biggest sporting events. At Belden, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within your profession.
