We are working with a Radio Startup that is looking to make their first technical hire! This company wants to use their radio station to enable content creators to make their content available on radio and videostreaming.
With an already existing business that will be the main source of funding, this is a unique opportunity for an Engineering Leader to build something from the ground up without financial risks.
What to expect:
As the Technical Manager you will be responsible for hiring a team of software and devops engineers, and for creating the architecture and infrastructure for the radio station. You will get a lot of freedom in this role but will be reporting to the CTO who you will be working with closely.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch
- Experience building and/or managing a technical team
